• Estimated pickup times are approximate and may vary based on order volume

Phone Ordering

Our AI-powered phone assistant helps take your order. By calling our order line, you acknowledge that:

• Your call may be handled by an AI assistant
• Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes
• You may request to speak with a staff member at any time
• A payment link may be sent to your phone via SMS

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Clover POS. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. For phone orders, a secure payment link may be sent via text message.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins
• Refunds for quality issues are handled on a case-by-case basis

Loyalty & Rewards Program

• Rewards points are earned on qualifying purchases
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify the rewards program at any time
• Abuse of the rewards program may result in account termination

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards do not expire

Limitation of Liability

Mike's Hot Wings & Such is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
