Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through Clover POS, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We never store, process, or transmit your credit card information on our servers. When you pay online, you are redirected to Clover's secure hosted checkout page.

SMS Communications & Consent

Program description. Mike's Hot Wings & Such operates an SMS messaging program to send transactional updates about food orders you place with us. When you provide your mobile phone number on our website (mikeshotwings.net) at checkout, when placing a phone order with our staff or AI ordering assistant, or when signing up for our loyalty program, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.

Types of messages. Messages we send include: order confirmations and receipts, payment links (Clover Hosted Checkout) for phone orders, order-ready notifications, pickup reminders, and updates about issues with your order. We will not send marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in.

Message frequency. Variable — typically 1 to 4 messages per order placed.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Mike's Hot Wings & Such does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us. To resume, you can opt in again by placing a new order or contacting us.

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to send the messages described above. We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise distribute your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
