Program Description
Mike's Hot Wings & Such operates a transactional SMS messaging program to send order-related updates to customers who place phone or online orders. When you opt in, you will receive text messages from us about your order.
How You Opt In
You consent to receive SMS messages from Mike's Hot Wings & Such in any of the following ways:
- Website checkout: When you place an online order at mikeshotwings.net/menu, you enter your mobile phone number in the "Phone *" field at checkout. Directly below the phone field, the following disclosure is displayed:
“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Mike's Hot Wings & Such about your order (1–4 msgs/order). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”
Submitting the order completes your opt-in. - Phone ordering: When you call our store at (901) 668-8470 to place an order, the staff member (or AI ordering assistant) verbally asks: “May I send a payment link and order updates to your phone via text?” Your verbal “yes” completes the opt-in.
- In-store loyalty signup: When you sign up for the Mike's Hot Wings rewards program at the counter, you provide your phone number on a sign-up form that displays the same SMS disclosure as the website. Submitting the form completes your opt-in.
- Reply START: If you have previously opted out, you can resume receiving messages by texting START to our SMS number.
What Messages You'll Receive
- Order confirmations and receipts
- Secure payment links (Clover Hosted Checkout) for phone orders
- Order-ready notifications
- Pickup reminders
- Issue updates about your order (if applicable)
We do not send marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in to a marketing program.
Message Frequency
Variable — typically 1 to 4 messages per order placed. You will not receive messages unrelated to an active order.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Mike's Hot Wings & Such does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to messages sent and received.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Acceptable opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT.
After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscription, and you will not receive further SMS messages from Mike's Hot Wings & Such. To resume messages, opt in again by placing a new order or replying START.

Carrier Disclosure
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to send the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise distribute your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
